Biologics site operation

The work around production: deliveries in, freezers and cold rooms, the chilled-water plant, maintenance, and couriers out. The monitoring and maintenance systems are current, read through exports the Frame never writes back to; nothing on it is a batch, quality, or release record. Freezer space is stale, counted by hand at month end. Dock time and spares are dark. When the freezers fill, deliveries wait on the dock and the courier leaves without a pickup; when a spare is missing, maintenance slips and the alarms follow. The Frame shows both chains.

Each row is one record. The band pinches when the record changes and widens as it ages. Past today it is the Frame looking ahead, and it stops where it can no longer say.
