Sign shop run from one workbook
Fourteen tabs, and four of them run the business: quotes, jobs, inventory, invoices. The Frame reads the workbook itself, read-only, and dates each tab by the last time anyone changed it. Quotes and jobs are current; they were changed today. Inventory is stale: nobody has touched that tab in eleven days. Invoices are updated on Fridays. Some things are dark because the workbook has no place for them: which quotes were won, which jobs were remade, and the hours the keeper spends keeping it. One person can fix the formulas. The Frame shows what the workbook knows, how old each part is, and what it cannot see.

Two weeks back, one week ahead
Each row is one record. The band pinches when the record changes and widens as it ages. Past today it is the Frame looking ahead, and it stops where it can no longer say.
- the record changed
- top row: how far ahead the whole picture could see, day by day
- your own move, marked so the Frame doesn't read it as a trend
- already on the calendar, so it doesn't fade
- Past this line the Frame can't say: Quote is dark.

In person when we can. You leave with a Frame sketch on one page and a lot of good questions; within a week, a written proposal with deliverables and a price.
