We draw the floor as a Frame on the line, quality, and shipping logs you already keep, mark what the shift sheet calls down time without a cause as dark, and show whether a fix moved the number it was meant to move.
Where the week goes
- Changeovers go on the shift sheet as down time, never by cause.
- Scrap is a month-end number, so the line that made it has moved on.
- A CI card is closed when it moves, and nobody re-measures the line a month later.
